They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have never walked in with a problem they couldn’t solve. Their prices are competitive and their products are high quality. I am always tempted by the deals of the big online catalog shop, but I’d rather shop locally and I’m always glad that I did.
Locey Pool has been great to work with. Tyler and Ryan and all the other subcontractors they hire are top notch. It is a huge job, and while it costs a lot, there is a huge amount of effort and product that goes into putting in a pool. Looking forward to the Spring to get the finishing touches done. Tyler at Locey was recommended to me to install a fiberglass pool. I figured it would be a year out, we set up a meeting at the house to talk about options. Very honest about the type of pools, the looks, features, etc. He won’t try to sell you something you don’t need and he explains what would be a good recommendation very well. We decided on a shape and brand and to our surprise it was weeks out not months out to start the process. Our first conversation was June 18th and we were swimming by August 20th. They are very professional and truly care about their clients. It was a great project and process.
We can not say enough great things about Paul, Tyler, Ryan(s), George, and the entire Locey Pool family! We purchased a fiberglass in-ground pool and couldn't be happier with the entire sale and installation experience. Buying from Locey made it a turn key process. The pool was sold as a "package," which made the process very easy and smooth, from our end. Tyler handled everything from the sale and install of the pool to the coordination of the builder and landscape company. They were especially kind when showing us how to care for the pool. They really make you feel like family. Everybody that worked on the project was great! We will recommend Locey Pool and Tyler to anybody who is considering an inground pool or spa.
