We’ve had Pleasure Pools Plus service our pool for a few years. They’ve done a great job steadily and consistently we almost don’t notice. Saturday morning I went to make sure the boiler was on because we had a planned pool party with my grandchildren on Sunday. I noticed the pump wasn’t working properly. I called and was informed that they don’t have service techs working on the weekend. I told them about my situation. Next thing you know the owner Len came over and remedied the situation so my pool party is back on track! Thank you! 100% recommend Pleasure Pools Plus!
Nice staff. Clean store. Very helpful. Unfortunately compared to other stores their prices are quite high. The glass sand for our filter cost us over $50 more than at another pool place on battle street.
Riley and Mel and the team here have always gone above and beyond to always ensure a perfect experience every time we visit the establishment..We purchased a new hot tub in 2022 and couldn't be happier.Had a couple warranty issues which were handled with lighting efficiency!!Look no further for all your spa/pool needs.You will not be disappointed.Thanks guys!Mike
