I recieved the best customer service from Richard regarding a repair. The response time was super fast to my emails and an appointment has been booked. I have always got good service here with the tub we purchased in 2021. I highly recommend Premium Pool and Spa. 10 out of 10!
I have been a client of Premium Pool and Spa for over 10 years. I bought my hot tub through Premium, 40 lb sand filtration system for my pool, natural gas heaters, and seasonal opening/closing each year, etc. Some reviews might be fluff and flippant responses to a good or bad singular experience. First of all, nobody bats 1000. However, the difference is this. Too many companies will just push through a negative experience with a client and move forward; not making up for the lack of batting 1000. This is where Bailey comes in. I've had a few back to back negative experiences that has cost me more than just money, but also patience and frustration. Bailey is the one that went above and beyond, more than one or two times, to get as close to batting 1000 a possible. Honestly, Bailey is the glue that keeps things moving, in my opinion. She has always met or exceeded my expectations. Different people have dropped the ball over the years, myself included, but Bailey always got things back on track. The amount of money we pay for services and such, if she doesn't get a raise then there is something wrong with the world. If it weren't for Bailey, I would have left as a client years ago. Great work, Bailey. We appreciate you and your efforts more than you know.Cheers.
Our experience with Premium Pools and Hot Tubs, starting with Bailey at the store was exceptional! We then dealt with Glenda in distribution, and had nothing but great service. The tub was delivered with no issues and actually earlier than anticipated. The 2 gentlemen, I would have gotten names, but my hubby did not, were very friendly and knew what they were doing. It was such a good experience. And we received a follow up call from Bailey to make sure our experience was the best, and it was!
Overall a great experience! Sean went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Hot tub was delivered on time, with excellent communication from beginning to end. I love, love my hot tub! I definitely recommend Premium Pool and Spa for quality products and friendly service.
Our spa arrived on Dec 17/20. Jeremy arranged the crane service which arrived right on time at 8am,as well as the tub and the Premium Pool and Spa crew Norm and Kevin. This was not an easy install but these guys got it all done with no drama. We were impressed by their professional attitude.We thank Jeremey and his crew for making this a problem free delivery and install. We heard about your crew having an accident because of black ice on their way to deliver another hot tub. Thank God that they are ok. Hot tubs can be replaced but peoples lives can not be. And yes, our hot tub is awesome!Thanks Vic and Sue
