We bought a hot tub in February and Aleigh was terrific in helping explain the differences in the models and options. They exceeded our expectations. (This was the first place we stopped at and never looked at business.) Annette forward additional models of hot tubs to what we were looking for. When we went back to make purchase of hot tub, Annette and Aleigh were great in taking the time to review models which provide valuable advice in making our final decision. Chris came out to took the time discuss possible location for hot tub and gave valuable advice to location. Great Experience from the beginning to the the final installation. Pro-Built is a professional family owned business that provides excellent service, top notch communication and available for help after purchase. If you are looking for a hot tub or swimming pool look no further as this is the one, Pro-Built Pool and Patio.

Chris Oswalt and his team that includes Dallas Oswalt, Paige Warner, and Angie Ebright provided unmatched end-to-end customer service in building our pool. The quality of the install, maintenance, and education for maintaining the pool was fantastic. We could not be more happy particularly with their ability to flex with our home build challenges. Probuilt delivers a personal touch and even though they have a high volume of clientele, we have never felt uncared for. True experts in their vocation.

Angie our sales person was fabulous. The process took longer than expected because of rain delays. In the end the team was great to work with but the concrete contractor was phenomenal. They had the best recommendations for our large patio deck. Their team was extremely professional and the flatwork and concrete is the best we’ve ever seen. We love our pool
