They were able to coordinate the install on a date and time that worked for me and their installers were extremely friendly and professional, they helped select colors and design.Extremely happy with the product, service and price. It was great value and I would highly recommend.
BACKYARD FUN POOLS DID AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB ON OUR POOL REMODEL!!! Their Pinnacle Decking Overlay product is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! The surface stays SO COOL, it is NOT SLIPPERY AT ALL, AND it comes with a LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY!!!!!These guys were WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than Allied and Zion Outdoors, and the quality speaks for itself. Trevor did a FANTASTIC job walking us through the entire process, helping us choose the PERFECT design, color, and every little detail along the way.We will DEFINITELY be using them again and again!!! Also, as a first responder, it meant a LOT to support a VETERAN AND FIRST RESPONDER OWNED BUSINESS. We absolutely love our pool. Backyard Fun Pools was amazing. I worked with Randyl who was amazing. He listen to our request updated the design every time we asked for a change and got us exactly what we wanted. Installation was smooth and exactly as they said it would be from ground break to adding water was 3 weeks. Would highly recommended them to anyone looking for a pool
Today is an exciting day as we now have water being put in the pool. It has been 27 days since we broke ground! So far, our experience has been excellent. We were contacted right away after submitting an inquiry. Randall came out, and my wife and I were able to give our feedback on the design at our kitchen table as he was drawing it live in front of us. There was no high pressure sales tactics and communication has been excellent with everyone at Backyard Fun Pools. We are getting a very high quality pool at a fair price. We love the "Cloud" design that we picked. The actual pool looks just like initial design.Follow-up: Still loving the new pool! Great experience overall
