We had a really great experience with this pool company. They were reliable, showed up when they said they would, and did exactly what they promised. The whole process felt smooth and well-organized from start to finish.They started our pool in October and had everything finished by December, which was actually faster than we expected. We were impressed with how efficiently everything moved along without feeling rushed.They were also very helpful throughout the project. They gave us good advice and suggestions that made a big difference in the final result. Communication was clear and consistent, and they always took the time to answer our questions. DCP Pools has done it again!I am truly blown away by their workmanship and professionalism. From day one they kept there word and stood by timelines. As you can tell by the pictures, the pool turned out amazing. Of course there were small issues, with so many moving pieces involved in this project, there expected. However, Kyle and Jacob quickly addressed any issues. I'm a first time pool owner and had no idea of the amount of effort and trades that go into building a pool. After further research, I've realized that they used top notch equipment. Now with cold weather here, My pumps automatically turn on and run when a low temperature is read by the system. This prevents freezing. Smart Pool! :) It can be controlled from my mobile device. :) Initially, I was working with another company. I was referred to DCP and did not look back. Jacob and his staff communicated every phase of the project and I was never in doubt of status or progress and was a great peace of mind. I have been wanting a pool for years and when we were searching for a pool builder for our new home, we wanted a company that we can trust and who cares about their clients and the product their name was associated with. This is our first time owning a pool and we were nervous about the cost and process. From our first meeting with Jacob and Kyle, I knew they were the company I wanted to go with. They were very knowledgeable and answered any of my questions and that service didn’t stop there. Throughout the whole project, Kyle & Jacob both were always available to answer any of my questions (and believe me I had a lot of them). Kyle walked us through the various technologies, the pros and cons of each, and the overall value. My husband wanted the Infloor cleaning system and I didn’t, Kyle explained the benefits for this system, and I am glad I agreed to have it installed. DCP Pools & Patios and their team were all professional and highly experienced. After our pool building experience with DCP Pools & Patios, we can say with 110% confidence, they are the ones to use. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. Every inch of the pool was given attention to detail, and no corners cut.
