Pool Spa Officials

Ryan was great! Very knowledgeable and courteous and he was easy to communicate with by phone or by text message. He was very reasonably priced, an he was able to get to us the fastest out of the repair people we called. He fixed our issue in one trip and had all of the correct tools. So glad to have our tub back. Ours is very old and we weren’t sure it was going to make it. If we have any more problems we will come back to Pool Spa Officials!

What a tremendous experience with Spa Pool Officials. They came the same day to diagnose the issue and laid out an affordable and best case solution. They came at the scheduled time for the repair and after starting they realized there was a more affordable solution. So not only did they repair the issue they charged me less because the solution was less costly. My spa is working amazing well beyond my expectations. I would trust them to fix any and all of your spa and pool issues. Honorable and professional and fair in addition to trustworthy is what you’re going to get with Spa Pool Officials. Don’t make the mistake by going anywhere else.

Ryan has been taking care of my pool and spa with outstanding professionalism. The knowledge he brings makes you appreciate the years of experience behind his work — every detail is handled with care, and the pool is always in top condition. What makes it even more special is that this is a family-owned business, and you can truly see the difference in the personal touch. The speed of communication and the responsiveness set them apart — whenever I have a question or need something checked, Ryan is quick to respond and always follows through. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and trustworthiness. Highly recommend Ryan and his team for anyone who values both expertise and service.

After experiencing issues with my pool pump and heater, I called 4 separate companies to come and give me quotes. They provided me with inflated prices and delayed timelines to get the job done. Two companies even said it could take updated of two months before they could repair my systems! Having a non-functioning pool over the summer months in Texas was a no go for us. Luckily I was able to find Ryan of Pool Spa Officials. He provided me with and excellent and competitive price and was able to knock the project out much faster than anyone else quoted. Their professionalism and customer service is what set them apart. I finally have a beautifully functioning pool and spa and couldn’t be happier. They also programmed my chlorinator and salt cell and the water is crystal clear again!! I highly recommend hiring Pool Spa Officials on your next pool/spa project or repair.
