All I can say is wow what serviceCalled Leah explained to her my situation that something was going on with my tub, Told me she was extremely busy which I can completely understand with it being summer and told me she could have somebody come by this week. I explained my situation with my Airbnb, etc., and she has somebody at my doorstep today at 9 AM. All I can say is if you’re looking for a hot tub with great service and genuine service this is a place to go to.

Aqua friends went out of their way to help us get our hot tub fixed when rats got in and chewed some lines. They fit us in when we had more lines found haha . We appreciate the efficient work and we are hoping now to be rat free with all the new measures taken ;) thank you for 5 star service ! And a huge shout out to SCOTT for all your time and efforts !
I can’t say enough good things about Aqua Friends! We purchased a Bullfrog Swim Spa last year (if you’re thinking of buying one… do it, you won’t regret it) and the whole experience has been so positive. They’re super flexible, quick to answer messages and return calls etc. Service appointments are relatively quick to book and they make the process really smooth to communicate with techs to discuss any issues. Christina and Max are ridiculously top notch! They’re incredibly knowledgeable about the products and the chemicals and care required and most importantly, they never make you feel pressure to make a purchase of any kind. If you’re thinking of buying a hot tub or swim spa etc, we highly recommend Aqua Friends!
