Moving into a new home that had a hot tub includes, I trusted Jim and Eddy with the initial maintenance. My expetience was nothing short of wonderful. With me not knowing much about how to maintain one, they did an excellent job at educating me on everything I'd need to know moving forwards. They explained to me some issues with the tub, only after going out of the way to ensure that it would be good to go for me. They were very accommodating with time slots, were honest and fair on pricing. Would recommend!
Great, knowledgeable and very helpful professional people! I had a leaking circulation pump in my Hot tub. Me been a hands-on person I needed a parts and advise for the DIY repair. With the estimated price of the new circulation pump been reasonable comparing to spending parts, time and money on fixing the old pump decided to get a new one and use the old one as a spare. Ordered a replacement pump from them, they understood the situation + my need to get the part ASAP - got the new pump next day, they called me to let me know its waiting for me!!!They also helped me very quick and professionally with picking up a new PVC fittings, O-rings and pipe unions to match exactly the old configuration for pump plumbing to Hot tab - so new pump could be connected same way as the old one. As a result replacement was easy and fast ,as with their help and advise I had everything I needed for the task. Hot tub is back running again - :-))) !!! Thank you!

Recently my hot tub stopped working, and a friend at work recommended Kelowna Pool and Spa as they had the same problem last year. I gave the business a call and they assured me over the phone that they would be able to fix it. The technician arrived the same day and I was able to use my hot tub that night!
