Miss Christina was fantastic and gave me a discount that was two days late and Miss Donna assisted me and getting the refund also, and Joe was probably the most helpful of all.I have bought two hot tubs from Georgia Spa over the last 15 years and received excellent service from them including a heater replacement under warranty for my first spa. My current Envoy tub has been humming along for 10 years now with only one minor leak issue. IMHO Hot Spring is a quality hot tub and Georgia Spa a quality employee owned dealer.
Stopped in to look at hot tubs after doing some research online and narrowing it down to a few options. Candy was my sales rep, and she was fantastic. She clearly explained the differences between each model/series and where spending extra money would give the best return on investment. With so many options out there, it really helps to have someone break it down in a way that makes sense for your needs. I especially appreciate a salesperson who listens and doesn’t push based on price alone.I was short on time, so I asked her to prepare a few quotes and email them to me. I had them within 30 minutes, which allowed me to review everything with my wife that evening and make a decision.Candy told me to text her that night—no matter the time—and she would handle the paperwork and secure the specific tub we wanted in inventory. We ended up buying the tub well after the store was closed, which was incredibly convenient and made for an awesome experience.Lastly, the delivery team was excellent. Theresa coordinated everything and confirmed details the day before. The crew arrived on time and even gave a 30-minute heads-up. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left the area just as they found it. John Ellison and his team answered all my questions, so by the time they left, I felt completely confident getting started.Save yourself some time and go see Candy at Georgia Spa Company—you’ll likely end up there anyway! Huge thanks to the entire team for making this purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience.
We had a very pleasant and informative sales representative Katie Cannington. The delivery process & setup was wonderful as well. We are pleased with out sauna & have been using it daily overall great experience.
Unhappy. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Over $800 and poor communication to replace a circulation pump. If your hot tub is past warranty, shop around for repair techs.I own a Hot Springs hot tub. Purchased from GSC. Have always called them for repairs and parts, and even hired them to move the hot tub from one house to another. Needed a repair this week.Completed a request online to have a tech come. Waited half a day, no response. Used online chat. The AI bot couldn't help me so it connects me to a real person. The person tells me to call the service department. WHY BOTHER HAVING ONLINE REQUEST OPTIONS IF THEY ARE USELESS?After a wasting more time out of my busy work day, I call the service department. Just to have the tech come to my house and do a diagnostic is $199! The associate told me that would go towards the cost of the repair. The tech figures out my repair needs and calls me with the price. $597. When I ask about the $199 being applied towards that, he tells me that is not accurate.I called and spoke with the service manager. Explained my experience. I got a weak apology and then he told me the associate gave me incorrect information. The $199 ONLY covers the cost of the diagnostic.
Everyone on the Marietta Facebook group said "GA Spa" They were right. No pressure sales. They are instead informative and educational. We got the Flair. Exactly what we needed. Delivery was smooth. Using our Spa every night which is great on sore legs.
