I had an excellent experience with Christian from Just Pools. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Just Pools, and their service technician Cole, do a great job keeping our pool in great shape. The routine service is always a breeze, and when problems arise, Cole is always patient and solves the problem. He also takes the time to explain the situation and educate me.Cole is trustworthy, and he’s very nice to my sometimes annoying dog.Recommended!
Second season using just pools and would no longer recommend. Definite lower level of service and attention this season vs. last. I’ve reported issues to Dahiana- she answers but obviously cant help meet my level of service with Diego as my tech.For context: Just pools closed my pool before fall, monthly service throughout off season, and opened my pool for summer.Issue 1. Middle picture is what they believed opening and vacuuming looks like with two technicians. After call Cam came out and addressed. So why not give another chance.Issue 2 you service my pool during the rain - like I I wouldn’t have to rebalance after the rain ? Picture 4.Issue 3- you have two technicians out today and you don’t even attempt to vacuum the pool again. Picture 1.All issues in the month of June - don’t waste your time with Diego or . Find another company.
Jeremy does an excellent job taking care of our pool..always arrives on time gets to work right away..our green pool in the start of the season was corrected and looking awesome within a week's worth of hard work and showing up.. Duncan the manager came out to assess and all has been great since..billing processes are customer friendly as well.. I would recommend them as they are hard to come by..
Hi, just a shout out to Duncan and Just Pools for taking great care of my indoor and outdoor pools. Whenever problems occur (par for the course for any pool owner), they respond very promptly and are able to provide the right fix. I also use them for ongoing maintenance and highly recommended.
