Replacing our pool cover was, overall, a good experience with CoverSafe. Because of some issues with the coping stones surrounding the pool and aged gliders, it took a couple of extra visits to get it working properly, but Jacobo and Jimmie persevered and did what it took to get it done, all while being exceedingly pleasant, respectful and communicative. I worked with Becca at the main office to schedule the visits and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, including honoring relevant warranties without any issues. The only reason I’m omitting one star is that both the initial installation and the first of two follow-up visits were handled by one person only, Jacobo for the installation and Jimmie for the first return visit, and it seemed that things might have gone more smoothly and effectively had there been two people given the nature of the job. But both came for the second follow-up and were a good team in diagnosing and fixing the remaining issues.
Jimmie from CoverSafe did an outstanding job on my annual servicing. Jimmie was professional, skilled and very personable. He was meticulous cleaning the cover and mechanicals, and made numerous small adjustments that will keep it working well for at least the next year.
