Our new hot tub was delivered yesterday and the set up experience was truly enjoyable. The guys showed up on time, were courteous and professional and made sure the tub was placed precisely where I asked. They took their time, explained the start up procedure thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Exceptional service like this is getting increasingly hard to find, thank you for getting us started on the right foot!
Bought my spa from the "other guys" in Kingston, had issues with it from first day, was total nightmare. Started using Beachcomber for parts and service on my spa, always friendly and no B.S , always same people that serve me. Ordered a customer cover from them after having to replace the original cover after 1yr....the one from Beachcomber looks instantly way higher quality and was same price that I was quoted from original dealer.Only spa store you need to use....
I had a minor issue with the spa pump on my hot tub recently (tub is 12 years old), and I called in with a technical question. I received great assistance over the phone & was able to solve my problem without a service call. Brad even phoned the next day, to make sure I was able to get it repaired. This type of customer service is rare these days, and I commend them.
