We've been dealing with Knapp's Pools for the past 10 years, with Lori supplying chemicals for our old pool. When it became clear our pool needed a new liner, we contacted Lori for advice. After assessing the situation with Jake, they determined that the steel walls of our pool were in bad condition, and a new pool would be the best option.Lori was incredibly helpful throughout the process, presenting us with several options and demonstrating a deep knowledge of the industry. We decided to go with the Dolphin Sandbanks fibreglass pool with interlocking deck, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.The installation was handled very professionally by Jake and his crew. They worked tirelessly, wheelbarrowing most of the gravel and dirt since the soil was too wet and soft for heavy equipment. Despite the challenges, the crew maintained a clean worksite and was very personable throughout the process. The whole project was completed in a very reasonable time frame and Jake communicated with us consistently.The finished product is a beautiful pool, and we are really pleased with the outcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Knapp's Pools again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for personalised service and expert advice.
Lori Knapp and the Knapp's Pools' staff and contractors are very experienced, knowledgeable and have been fun and wonderful to deal with from our first contact in 2022 to select the pool type, shape and colour, to settling the purchase contract, the installation of the fiberglass pool and equipment, and their after-sales service. We could not be happier. Their prices are reasonable and they stick to their estimates.Our Salt Chlorine Generator ceased to work properly less than two years after installation. Lori checked it over on a couple of occasions, but it still was not working properly, so it was quickly replaced by them at no cost. Now all works well.We are very happy to recommend Knapp's Pools for your pool needs.
The pool we purchased from Knapp Pools is amazing. Every step in the process was dealt with professionalism and wonderful customer service. From picking the pool, to installing and getting how to care for it Lori was there to answer all our questions/concerns. Lori is still there providing wonderful service today when ever we need it. I would highly recommend Knapp Pools if having local wonderful customer service is something that is important to you.
We just had a pool installed. I had a million questions and I'm sure there will be lots more. Lori was always patient, kind and fun to be around and the install team of Dave, Noel and Robb were terrific to have on site. She and they suggested a different location for the equipment and it made way more sense than my plan.Lori's understanding of her business as well as pool chemistry and the equipment is really in-depth. I don't doubt that until this becomes second-hand for new pool owners, she'll always be able to help.
