The staff have always been very helpful. From trying to find ladder parts to helping pick out a new pool pump. Even helping with plumbing parts based on pictures brought in. Very friendly and informative staff.
As first season pool owners, we couldn't be more appreciative for the endless support, insight and professionalism of the staff at the Days Road location. From water sample testing, product knowledge, to support on maintenance, we have quickly learned where best to place our trust and business. After experiencing challenges opening our pool with another company, St. Lawrence staff were happy to offer suggestions, help us figure out what questions we needed to ask in order to have a successful start to the season, all of which they did without payment. We will be seeking their services whenever needed moving forward.
I've always been very impressed by the service we've received from St.Lawrence Pools in Kingston. Yesterday I emailed them regarding a problem with my pool liner. Tom came by a few hours later and fixed it within a few minutes. It has always been my experience with this company. I'm very grateful.
This location is great! I bought my hot tub here about 6 months ago and the support I've received since has been fantastic. I love my Hydropool! Delivery fell within the estimated time, they made it happen in December when there was lots of snow. Some of the chemicals that were supposed to be in the kit weren't there so they gave them to me no questions asked. They always walk me through things like water chemistry and how to drain/refill. Great service, great product! I was torn between Hydropool and Beachcomber but the buying experience was so bad at Beachcomber. So ultimately, I want to thank Beachcomber for my new Hydropool ??
We had a really great experience with St. Lawrence Pools. We were struggling with our pool opening and dealing with a leaking filter, and they were incredibly helpful and supportive the whole way through.They took the time to walk us through everything step by step, which made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable.A huge thank you to Ben, who truly went above and beyond. He even came on his own time to help us out and got everything fixed. He is an absolute hero.Really appreciate the care and effort from the team. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for all our pool needs!
