BlueLux Pools

Alex, Andrew, and Adam were amazing to work with throughout our pool build in Kissimmee. They delivered everything they promised and made the whole design and construction process smooth and easy. We were very happy with the quality of the pool design, craftsmanship, and the follow-up support after the project was completed. We made a few changes late in construction, including one recommended by Alex, and the team was very accommodating while keeping the project moving on schedule. If you are looking for a reliable pool builder in Kissimmee, this team does excellent work and provides great service from start to finish.

Our experience with BlueLux Pools was amazing from start to finish. They turned our backyard into a beautiful poolside retreat that feels like a true Florida escape in Kissimmee. The custom pool design was creative, practical, and a perfect match for our space, taking our basic ideas and shaping them into something far better than we imagined. Bill did an outstanding job with the design process, offering smart layout ideas, attractive features, and helpful guidance that made planning easy. Thomas was our main point of contact during the pool construction, and he kept everything moving smoothly each day. He was professional, attentive, and always clear with updates, which made the entire pool building experience feel simple and stress-free. Any time we had questions about the timeline, materials, pool finish, or backyard details, Tom responded quickly and made sure we felt informed and comfortable. The workmanship and build quality are excellent, and it is easy to see the care that went into every stage of the project. From the tile and decking to the water features and final finishing touches, everything was completed with real skill and attention to detail. Now we get to enjoy sparkling water, a relaxing outdoor space, and a custom swimming pool that has added beauty, comfort, and value to our home. We highly recommend this pool builder to anyone wanting a smooth process, strong communication, and a stunning final result that makes outdoor living even better in Kissimmee.

We have nothing but great things to say about this pool builder, and we highly recommend them for any pool remodel project. We first started planning our pool renovation, then paused for a while, and later decided to move forward after getting several bids from different pool companies. Since the scope of work and pricing were very close, we chose the team we felt would provide the best customer service, strong communication, and a real willingness to work with us throughout the entire pool remodeling process. That turned out to be the right choice. Thomas and the team were knowledgeable, easy to reach, and always quick to respond. The office scheduling was organized, communication stayed open from start to finish, and the pool construction crews were professional and skilled. Everything was handled the way a quality pool builder should do it, with careful planning, clear updates, and solid workmanship. Our pool remodel was completed on schedule with no unnecessary delays, and the work was done right the first time. In a warm climate where a backyard pool gets so much use, it was important to us to hire a dependable pool contractor who understood both design and function. They delivered exactly that. If you want a pool company with great service, reliable scheduling, and excellent results, this is the one to choose. If six stars were possible, we would give them.

We are very happy with the whole pool builder experience. Bill and his team did an excellent job guiding us through the pool design, layout, and construction process from start to finish. Since this was our first time building a swimming pool, we had a lot of questions, and they were always patient, clear, and helpful with every step. The communication was smooth, the workmanship was solid, and the pool came together beautifully. We recently filled it with water, and it looks amazing in our backyard. We are excited to enjoy it during the warm Florida weather and would highly recommend this pool builder to anyone wanting a quality pool project.

We are going into another hot summer in Kissimmee with our new pool, and we absolutely love it. Our backyard looks amazing now, and the pool has become the perfect place for relaxing afternoons and fun weekends with family and friends. These are memories we will always cherish. After meeting with several pool builders to talk through our ideas and compare estimates, we chose this pool builder because we were very impressed with the pool products, the overall design approach, and the professionalism of Tom, the sales and design specialist. They were not the lowest priced option, but we felt the value, quality, and service were much better. We spent a lot of time thinking about adding a custom pool, and we appreciated that no one ever pressured us into upgrades or features we did not want or could not afford. That gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. Tom really listened to what we wanted in a backyard pool and created a design that fit our space perfectly. The finished pool layout works so well with our yard, and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. The pool construction process had a few small communication issues at times, but John, the superintendent, was very helpful, explained each step clearly, and kept expectations realistic. We were happy that there were no unexpected costs, no major delays, and no unpleasant surprises during the build. John did a great job keeping us updated on what came next and making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire pool construction process. Tom and John also worked hard to include a few special features we had asked about during the planning stage, and they handled those requests very well. From pool design to build completion, everything moved along smoothly and stayed on schedule. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this pool builder and would highly recommend Tom and John to anyone looking for a quality pool in Kissimmee.
