Over last winter our on ground fibreglass pool bowed pretty significantly on one side and we thought for sure that was the end of our pool. I contacted Hipel (not the original pool installer) and gave them the details and made an appointment to have someone come look at it. Kadison was great, he walked us through what he thought happened and the steps he and his team would take to try to fix it. Fast forward to now, the braces came out and the bowing is gone and they miraculously fit us in for a pool opening, going above our expectations.The crew that came was always very polite and kindly answered all the questions we had about our pool both in person and via email. 10/10 would recommend and they would be my first point of contact if any issues should arise again.*bow in first photo was larger than appears*before pool cleaning ;)

Last fall Kadison and his team at Hipel Pools helped us put in our dream pool and we couldn’t be happier. They truly make your vision a reality and are there to guide you along the way. We have been pleased with the excellent service we have received since the installation and would highly recommend them if you are considering putting in a pool.
As a first time pool owner, I did lots of research and reached out to several friends and family members for advice (and heard lots of horror stories of bad experiences with pool installers). I chose Hipel Pools because they had very good online reviews and a high rating. My initial plan was to get 2 quotes and then choose a contractor, but our first visit with Kadison Hipel was so positive that we felt confident in hiring them for the job. We were 100% satisfied with the entire process. Here are some reasons why:(1) Efficient! I contacted 3 companies using their online contact, all on the same day. One company never replied, another company took 2 weeks for an initial reply and then passed me on to another more local company which took 2 weeks to respond, but Kadison Hipel replied the very same day, which was a Sunday, and arranged to visit our home 2 days later and had a detailed proposal within the week!(2) Knowledgeable! We dealt with the owner, Kadison Hipel, when pricing and ordering the pool. He was amazing. He answered all of our many questions in excellent detail. He was very honest in what he would recommend and why based on how we planned to use our pool. The construction aspect was handled by Jayden Hipel and his crew. They too were knowledgeable, professional and personable.(3) Quality! I had researched the best type pool, chlorine or mineral, size and type of heater, best robotic cleaner, inground solar blanket, etc. Every top-of-the-line item was what Hipel Pool uses and what was already included in the quote. No haggling needed! We chose "The Marvelous 40" fiberglass pool by Imagine Pools (40' x 15'8") in the iced silver colour(4) Transparent & Ethical! The quote was very detailed and broken down into stages. A logical payment schedule was included. And, most importantly, the quoted price was the price...there were no surprises and added costs. The spring of 20024 was very mild, so the hole was dug 3 weeks early in April. However, the continuous rain meant that the hole was filled with water which required Hipel Pools to more than double their estimated time to dig since the sides were collapsing. This also meant that they had to use a lot more gravel for the backfill; plus, they installed temporary pumps to drain the water over several days and sent workers multiple times to check it. There were no additional charges for this.(5) Accommodating! Because our project involved installing a pool, doing extensive landscaping, and building a deck and pool house, it required good communication between the landscaper and Hipel Pools to have everything run smoothly from start to finish. They also worked with my husband's business which was able to do some of the backfilling, removal of the fill and trenching for the lines which allowed us to save money.(5) Responsive! Whenever we called, texted or emailed the company, we had immediate responses to our questions.(6) Trustworthy! Their quoted price did not change, they started early, they showed up as scheduled, they finished every part of the job efficiently and effectively, they gave great advice with respect to choosing the components, and they were very helpful in teaching me how to maintain the pool system.Overall, this was a huge home project, but we are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out and are 100% satisfied with Hipel Pools. We will have them open and close the pool yearly, and will certainly continue to recommend Hipel Pools.
