Jeremy does a great job and is always available for our questions. He installed our pool, hot tub, and gas fireplace to make our backyard look like an oasis. Excellent customer service and a very honest man I would use him 10 times over again.
We have been so happy with Nails Creek who designed and constructed our pool. Put in a fiberglass pool a couple years ago with a large patio (pavers) and a water feature. Jeremy and Melissa from Nail Creek did an excellent job in all phases... design, construction and start up. The craftsmanship on on the paver installation and drainage really stood out. Their support during start up and early operation was also excellent. Would definitely recommend them.
The entire Nails Creek team did a fantastic job installing our pool. In fact they did much more, they completely transformed our backyard into our very own private retreat. We couldn't be happier with the their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. While it took a little longer than we anticipated, the final result completely exceeded our expectations.
