New pool owners. We got better advice and more education here than we did from our pool builder or the “pool school” (I’m actually not sure we got a pool school). If I was starting a new build, I would hands-down use Chase at Tennessee Valley Pool & Spas. This will be our go-to pool store. These are the first people in the pool world we have ran into where we have confidence that they know their craft! 10/10 recommend!

Their knowledge, skills and products are top tier and you will be taken care of from beginning to end. Our pool is absolutely beautiful. Super competitive pricing, so many options, great assistance in planning out the location, features and finishing touches and personally on site with each and every step. Always available to answer questions either by phone, text or personally coming to your home. My wife and I cannot say enough good things based on our experience in building our pool. The construction staff was also amazing, friendly, helpful and always willing to share their opinion, knowledge and experience. We have had a terriffic experience with Tennessee Valley Pool and Spas. We're now first time spa owners and have never second-guessed our decision to go with the Caldera Geneva and Covana they offer. Great people to work all the way through; they have been acommodating to our needs, and did.a great job with the install.
I can't put into words what this family owned business has done for me and my family. If you are looking to transfer your yard into something beautiful and special than these guys at Tennessee Valley Pool and Spas are the #1 guys to reach out to. Chase and Shane will do whatever needs to be done to get that dream come true. Plus don't even get me started on one of the workers for there Spas. Brianna knows her stuff!!! So if your looking for either a high end pool project or spa or both then look no farther they can help you! Plus if something doesn't look right or seems right than don't hesitate to say something because they will go out of there way to fix it. The subcontractors they have are all great!
