Can't say enough amazing things about Parker at Baird Pools. We have been having problems for a few months with our pool cover not working and not being able to find the pool drain. He was wonderful. Great communication, helpful, fixed it no problems. We have a child who can't swim yet so it was such a huge relief he was able to fix it so we didn't have to worry. He also went above and beyond and cleaned out the pool cover motor, drain and checked on a few other things that weren't working for us. We are so thankful Baird was recommended to us and we will definitely be calling them again. People don't usually have positive things to say about pool companies and I can tell they are best in class.
Joseph and Parker were absolutely amazing!! They were on time, informative, and patient. I had several questions in regards to our new pool and the equipment and they took the time to help me understand our stressful situation.They replaced two Pentair Micro Bright pool lights that were defective and reprogrammed our Pentair Heater Chiller so we could hot tub tonight.Thank you so much Parker, Joseph, and Baird Pools, you made a stressful moment amazing!
Absolute disaster. Property damage and failed repairs!Hired Baird Pools to fix a small hot tub leak and replace some loose front tiles.It was a complete disaster from start to finish.* Property Damage: The crew did zero prep work to protect our property. They walked over crushed glass directly on our custom limestone stairs and pool stepping stones, causing permanent damage.* Incompetent Repairs: They retiled the hot tub without refilling and pressure-testing it to confirm if the leak was actually fixed. Unsurprisingly, it still leaks. When I raised this with the owner, Cris, his "solution" was telling us to pour Fix-A-Leak into the tub—and then told us to double the dose when his suggestion failed.* Unprofessional Workmanship: They forced an incorrect light into the socket and sealed it with epoxy. Our new repair crew had to use pliers and a shop vac just to undo the mess.The tile thinset used was applied so poorly that dark spots are now visible through our transparent tile, requiring a total replacement as it is a complete eyesore.We have had multiple reputable pool companies out since, and they ALL confirmed the tile job was incredibly sloppy, used the wrong grout, and looked a decade old. We are now spending an additional $10K to undo and redo Baird's work.Cris has expressed to us on a few different occasions that he is not willing to fix our spa, in our last email exchange he told me that, “he is not married to this spa.”So much for those “Family Values, Trust and Respect” advertised on their website.Save your money and your property—DO NOT hire this company.
Baird Pools did an amazing job bringing my pool back to life. After some heavy rain and flooding, my pool was a complete muddy mess, and I honestly wasn’t sure how long it would take to get it looking normal again. Joshua and Alex were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process.Not only did they clearly know what they were doing, but they took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and make sure everything was done right. The results were honestly impressive—they transformed my pool from muddy brown water to crystal clear.It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great customer service with excellent work, but Baird Pools absolutely delivered. Love these guys. We went through multiple pool repair and maintenance companies before finding Baird. They are experienced and reliable. I've recommended to multiple neighbors who are all having the same excellent experience as we are. We had them install all new equipment for us proactively. We have a new Pentair VS3 which is so quiet and a major improvement over our previous pump. It barely uses any electricity and is silent so we are able to run it and the water feature on a 24/7 schedule. Highly recommend them!!!
