He was honest, professional and took the time to ensure that I was well educated on the proper maintenance of the new pump and filter system. Working with Keith was awesome! They took our non-working pool to be like new with new equipment. They replastered, replaced the pump, pump filter, and chlorinator. The pool is easier to maintain and the kids are happy to swim! They were easy work with and reasonably priced. Legacy worked us in quickly even though we are outside of their normal area.
Legacy Pool & Spa is a top-notch company and if you need pool equipment serviced and repaired, or you need work on your pool or spa, this company is the one to do it for you. We have worked with Keith for at least 15 years, and one thing that is consistent is his integrity and vast knowledge of pool equipment, pool plumbing, and wiring. He is a straight-shooter and will give you various options (if available) that best fit your budget and needs. This time, we used Legacy Pool & Spa to replace our pump that went out; however, we were also considering converting our chlorine pool to a salt generator. Keith took the time to describe the pros and cons and discuss our options, and we opted to take the dive (no pun intended) and get all of it all done at once (new variable speed pump, new control panel and a salt generator system). Keith set aside the necessary time to get our job completed and explained what will be needed to be able to care for our new system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again to complete any work that needs to be done on our pool!
