Swim Pure Pool Service and Repair

Honestly to the point where I WOULD go with Swim Pure again. I appreciate her and the good work that the technicians do! ------------ Original Review: Pros - the work they do is very good - i like being able to text with representatives Cons I am feeling VERY frustrated - twice now they have just come out to the house without scheduling with me for one-time services - I signed up for financing, TOLD them i signed up for financing, and they charged my credit card after they replaced a pump Summary of the cons is that it feels like they are pushy with followups to get you to approve service, but then dont actually communicate well at all once they have the go-ahead to do things. I will be going with a different company in the future.

We use them for weekly pool service and their tech’s are knowledgeable about the equipment and chemicals. Their management always promptly replies to any special requests I have since we are selling our house and need the pool to look its best. Highly recommend them!
