I appreciate her and the good work that the technicians do!------------Original Review:Pros- the work they do is very good- i like being able to text with representativesConsI am feeling VERY frustrated- twice now they have just come out to the house without scheduling with me for one-time services- I signed up for financing, TOLD them i signed up for financing, and they charged my credit card after they replaced a pumpSummary of the cons is that it feels like they are pushy with followups to get you to approve service, but then dont actually communicate well at all once they have the go-ahead to do things.I will be going with a different company in the future.
