Based on our "pool journey" I can honestly endorse Riverstone Pools without reservation. Much to our chagrin, we inherited a "pool" that was literally caving in on itself - poorly constructed, didn't meet code, couldn't be salvaged. Enter the Riverstone Pools team - they took their time understanding our situation, getting to know me and my family, compassionately confirmed the only path forward was a redo. From that moment forward, the whole team was exemplary in professionalism, timeliness, and quality of work. They were patient with us in the design phase, lending their expertise and experience, while listening carefully to what was important to us. They gave us expert advise whenever we needed it. They worked hard to accommodate our budget. Through demo and construction they were always in close communication. The construction team was outstanding - took their time to do it right. They obviously took great pride in their work as craftsmen. When unexpected things came up (and they always do), the team was great to work with in defining our options, keeping us on budget, and frequently going more than an extra mile to ensure our expectations were exceeded.The end product was so much more than we could have anticipated based on the sketches and discussion. Big projects like this take time and patience - on both sides. In the end we couldn't be more happy with the beautiful new deck, pool, and yard that we will enjoy for many years to come. We selected Riverstone Pools because of their reputation and because they had the capacity to install our pool and hot tub quickly than all the other companies we received bids from. They worked with us on design and were able to use the same stone on the walls that we had on the house. The end product is fantastic. What’s more, they provide service after the sale, and the handoff between sales, construction, and service is seamless.
We were impressed with Riverstone from beginning to end. We met with many pool companies in the Nashville area and felt they were the most detailed and thorough from the start. They were patient during our long permit approval process and super helpful in all things related to Metro. The pool process went very smoothly considering all the challenges we encountered - it was truly a work in process. Riverstone was a reliable and trusted partner. They were able to adjust quickly and always upfront about any costs due to those changes. This level of service was consistent to the very end with the team and continues now with the weekly pool service.
Long post alert!! (Definitely a must read)Riverstone pools is the absolute BEST!!! Here’s why. The communication from start to finish was the absolute best. We started our process with asking around and found a neighbor who had previously used Riverstone pools. We called to schedule an appointment, which we were greeted by Scott at our home. Scott was very easy to work with knowledgeable and very detailed. Fast forward, after discussing several options we settled on a pool we thought would work best for us and our kids.After settling on a pool, we received several updates and communication regarding our timeframe, next steps, and scheduled meetings with the team. I should add, that Riverstone did help with everything including zoning/permits, which several companies I had spoke with didn’t. Working with Riverstone was a great experience and I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs. Lastly, Riverstone has been great to work, they have serviced my pool weekly making sure our pool remains crystal clean.
