Bask Pools + Outdoors

If I could rate BASK pools a TEN , I would. The team at BASK was amazing from the minute they walked in my backyard. I had a horrid experience with an unscrupulous contractor that destroyed my fiberglass pool and the first meeting with Reggie put my mind and fears to rest. Every pool contractor that I interviewed told me what I needed to do. Reggie walked in and the first thing he asked me was what I wanted. From that moment on, I knew this would be a wonderful experience. The whole team was professional, easy to work with, and made me feel that I was the most important customer they had. They took care of every little detail I wanted, and even ones I didn’t know I needed. Reggie and Jenny and the whole office go above and beyond the roles of pool contractors, and I can honestly say they have become friends. They truly believe in customer service because they are engrained in the Lafayette community and their connections to this area ensure that they will always make sure you are well taken care of and satisfied with their service. I have never felt more taken care of by anyone I have ever hired for any home improvement. I am totally in love with my backyard again! Thank you BASK pools for a fabulous experience and a beautiful new pool!!

Bask Pools is outstanding company, my initial pool inspection was thorough and professional before our home purchase. -6/25 On 9/25, Bask sent out Mark for "Pool School", it was money well spent, Mark did a great job of taking the time of explaining all facets of maintaining a pool, hands on, & patient teacher , THANK YOU Reggie for sending Mark out!!!! I highly recommend Bask Pools!

Absolutely thrilled to leave this review for Bask Pools! It’s been one year since the completion of our pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We’ve had zero maintenance issues, and the quality of their work continues to impress everyone—our pool is a real showstopper and we constantly get compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. What really stood out to us was the level of service. When a winter storm hit, the team at Bask Pools went above and beyond by helping us prepare—completely free of charge. They also provided excellent education when the project was completed, walking us through everything we needed to know about cleaning and chemical maintenance. Thanks to that, we’ve been able to confidently manage the pool ourselves without needing outside help. If you’re considering a pool, we highly recommend Bask Pools. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and support truly make them a standout in the industry.
