Our experience buying a hot springs hot tub a few months ago was excellent! We use it almost daily, and have seen little change in our electric bill. The hot tub seems to be very efficient. We researched other hot tubs, and this hot tub had more features we liked and had one of the highest efficiency ratings. The sales and installation team were both excellent and answered all of our questions and met our needs. We would highly recommend this hot tub and company!
We absolutely love our hot tub from JR, his Dad, and their team. We also love that this is a family business and that we will be able to get it serviced directly from their local team (after having nightmares with subcontractors from other work on our home, this is big for us). After wanting a hot tub for over 20 years, we don't regret getting it from JR. He helped us find the perfect one for our family with now adult kids so we can all enjoy it together. He wasn't pushy or "salesy" (just gave us the facts and answered our questions) and held it for us while we waited for our porch to be built. The delivery team was professional, skilled and neat. They were on time, explained the care very well to me, and cleaned up after themselves. JR called us afterward to make sure everything went well and answered my few questions that had come up with use. We highly recommend this company!!!!
This is an amazing company that has been around for a long time. Its family run and they truly care about their customers.We love our new hot tub and working with them was the easiest and they really have great prices and such great customer service. Talked on the phone, went in the store and ended up buying a hot tub. Great customer service and we love our hot tub, I totally recommend using their electrician. Mike knows his stuff and will wire it correctly. I can't say enough great things about Karen, JR and Karen's husband ( don't know his name ) and Mike the electrician. Best customer service.
