What customers say

Customers praise the staff’s product knowledge and professionalism, and more than one describes an easy purchase and installation process. One customer said the team removed an old hot tub, filled and treated the replacement, and provided a thorough walkthrough; another said the delivery team left much to be desired and the service did not match what had been recommended.

The product itself is great. Only had 2 weeks now. The delivery teem and personel leave somthing to be desired. This place came highly recommended with great service. Not the case. We did not get the great service that was described by others. Such a shame. Good service goes a long way!

The team at Ohio Pools And Spas were very professional and took really good care of us! The whole process was very easy from selecting the hot tub having it delivered and professionally installed! They even removed my old hot tub. A technician came out filled the tub up applied the chemicals and Did a very thorough walk-through of our new Hot tub! This is my second hot tub with them, and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else!

purchased the Hot Spring Flair model from Jackie, and I couldn’t be happier with both the hot tub and the experience. Jackie was absolutely fantastic—her expertise, knowledge, and patience made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features, answer my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Jackie is truly the best—professional, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure her customers are taken care of. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering a hot tub!

The entire team was professional, courteous, and efficient. Installation was smooth, timely, and exactly as promised. I’m so glad Ohio Hot Tub and Sauna opened a location in Medina! This new clearance center is a hidden gem—perfect for anyone looking to score a great deal on high-end hot tubs and saunas. Most of the inventory here is gently used or has very minor shipping damage, but the quality is still top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a spa without paying full price!
