Our GC hired Aquality to install a small plunge pool and we expected the process to be easy. Unfortunately, I recommend looking elsewhere for a pool contractor. We have been nickel and dimed to death, they caused damage to our pre-plumbed lines run under our foundation (to be repaired at our expense), and they were unable to communicate effectively with the pool manufacturer resulting in the pool being shipped with the finish incorrectly applied.
We loved working with Aquality Pools & Spas throughout the entire process of designing and constructing our pool and spa in our new home in Boulder. And now we love working with Aquality's maintenance team, specifically Jordan, who keeps our pool and spa looking and operating their best - even on rainy days!

FIRST let me tell you that I rarely ever write an online review, but Aquality Construction is so great that I needed to do so. Aquality executed an absolutely gorgeous in-ground spa for us. We love the finished product! It is not only fun to use, but it truly enhances our property. The team was professional from start to finish-communicative, on time, detail oriented-you name it. We have been so pleased. Additionally, we continue to use Aquality for the maintenance of our home spa, and they are great. It is a seamless process, and I never have to worry about it. When we had an equipment problem (someone accidentally broke the electric cover), the maintenance team was out the next morning to help repair it immediately before we had severely cold weather. I could not believe how efficient they were. One final note: even our dog loves the weekly maintenance crew. Thumbs up from the whole family!
