We're a 10-story high-rise condominium in Capitol Hill with a rooftop swimming pool. Mr. Robie does a great job of keeping it sparkling for our HOA. His reliability, trustworthiness, plus the fact that he is licensed satisfies our homeowners and our city inspector. Having Mr. Robie looking after our pool makes it truly a carefree amenity, taking one more stress off of our staff and board of directors!
Matt's been taking care of our pool for many years and we're delighted with his work. We are a 100 unit condominium complex and the pool receives heavy use. He's helped us make upgrades to the equipment, kept everything running smoothly, opens us up early and keeps us open later, and when emergencies or other concerns have popped up, he's always right there to help us. Great, professional service.
Matt is very professional and knowledgeable about the issues we had with our older hot tub . Not only did he fix the issue and explain what was going on, but helped us understand how to better manage the chemicals and process to keep our tub maintained and clean. He was very patient , personable, and encouraging of us to ask any questions on our minds. I would very highly recommend him to anybody.
