I really loved this company when we hired them a couple years ago but the last 6 months it feels different dealing with them. They charged me for services they didn't do. They claimed that they didn't need my permission to do the services that cost me extra money because it was part of the way they run their business. They have never done that to me in the past. I don't know what's changed with the company and currently I am not a fan of the direction that they have gone.

Gabe has been our pool service provider for a couple of years now is by far the best town. He is always consistent with great service, always responsive if there’s any issues with pool equipment and willing to go the extra mile (assigning dog friendly technicians, next day service calls, etc). If you’re looking or thinking of switching services, Gabe is the guy to with!

He answered quickly and directly. He gave his name and cell phone. He was responsive and didn't hide behind a phone tree.He was SO knowledgeable about our Pentair equipment, very generous with his advice, and so responsive.He ordered our part and installed it without making me feel like he was marking everything up just to make more money.He installed the main part and said, "let's wait till tomorrow" to see the other parts, saving me tons of money just trying to replace everything all at once.He is mild mannered, very kind, and genuinely one of the best recommendations I could ever make for someone looking for a pool service or pool repair!
