Even though we had our pool liner for over 10 years, initially installed by Classic Pool & Spa, we decided to have a new one installed…not wanting to take a chance. Since it had held up beautifully for 10 years, it was a no-brainer to have it installed by them again.Before coming to install, they came to assess the pool area to be prepared for the actual install (which I thought was very professional to choose to come fully prepared for a service that is a little different from pool to pool).During the install, Ken and the guys were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional! There were a few areas around the pool that were a little tricky since we had added a portion of the deck after the initial liner was installed over 10 years ago; however, they were very meticulous and it went extremely smooth. After the install, the pool area was cleaned and the pool looked amazing!Exceptional service provided by Classic Pool & Spa! Highly highly recommend!
Came in for water test and to get a few items for our pool. Mary was beyond helpful at getting us stuff for our pool that we were missing and not using correctly. Just by a few comments she knew exactly what we needed. Worth the drive!
Great customer service from beginning to end! We had a new liner put in and it looks awesome! Highly recommend for any pool needs! The guys were professional that installed the liner too! The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable! 5 star service!
I recently had Classic Pool & Spa renovate my pool's vermiculite bottom and install a new liner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The new pool looks fantastic!The entire experience was smooth, starting with the team at the office who were not only professional but also very accommodating, making it easy to get on their schedule. The construction crew was equally impressive, working efficiently and answering any questions I had.There was a minor plumbing issue that occurred not too long after the renovation, but they came out quickly, and we were able to resolve the issue.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and quality of work provided by Classic Pool & Spa. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool renovations or services!
