Fantastic resource for learning to maintain my spa. Employee were extremely helpful both on the phone and in person, and they were able to come up with a plan for me to get my water chemistry under control - something I had been struggling with. Prices were fair, and there was no pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. I’m not even the original owner of the tub! They really stand behind their equipment.
Inherited a hot tub with our house and Lifestyles has been great in helping us learn what to do to maintain it and help us resolve some issues. We have had great customer service and I know I can just pop in if I need to restock on anything. I’ve preferred going to them over getting things on Amazon as I actually trust I’ll get the correct product.
I'm not sure what company the other reviewers worked with, or if they were paid for their good reviews, but I've encountered a very different Lifestyles.I purchased my hot tub directly from Lifestyles during one of their events at Costco. Their sales people are very good at selling them. They will say ANYTHING to get the sale.I've learned over time that the Lifestyles salesman lied to me about every step of the installation, setup, and features of the hot tub.For installation, I had to setup, coordinate, and take a day off of work to supervise 3 contractors:1. Builder to take apart my deck (Lifestyles lied about my deck stairs being fine for delivery. The salesman later told me he didn't even look at the pictures I showed him when I had asked about this before buying.)2. Electrician, who I paid $1325 to wire the tub. I understood I had to get an electrician, but the Lifestyles had told me that it would be "cheap and easy, probably a couple hundred dollars".3. Lifestyles themselves. They sent 3 guys, with no equipment and no knowledge of hot tubs to install it.The "Fresh Water Salt System (FWSS)" I was up-sold on is a scam. The system doesn't work at all. The tub actually requires MORE and MORE FREQUENT chemical treatments than a normal hot tub!I can't recommend Lifestyles at all.

I found my new pool & spa supplies team! My previous supplier has very limited hours in the winter months and my schedule rarely lines up with those hours. I stopped into Lifestyles today and what a wonderful unexpected surprise. From the warm and friendly greeting to the exceptional customer service. I will be using the Lifestyles team for all of my pool & spa needs from now on!
