My insurance highly recommended this pool company.. they came out took out and removed my old pool and installed new 1.. new pool was installed with several wrinkles! In Mr. Don't said he would take care of them in the spring of 2025 here we are 2026 and still have several wrinkles in it !! Way to help your coworkers...

Adding my husband’s name, Jim Martin, so you can’t use the lame excuse that I’m leaving a bad review and am not even a customer.I would have chosen ZERO STARS had that been an option!Do NOT purchase a hot tub from this store. It only has good customer service until they get your money. Then it becomes a hassle to even get them to return your call. We waited months to get the store to arrange a shipping company to get our DimensionOne hot tub to us. Today, 3 months since receiving it, our tub still isn’t operational due to a leaking jet (from the factory). It’s been a month & parts are still on order, & they believe they should be able to charge us for each $175 service call on a brand new hot tub that leaks.Suggestion - go elsewhere - this place is a joke once they have your money.*****Of course, your response is politically correct. Your lack of customer service (getting you to return our calls & emails was like pulling teeth). After the purchase, including the tub being months late to arrive, we have reached the final straw & want nothing to do with your company, nor would we EVER recommend you. Looking back, our best move would have been to just cancel the tub due to the delayed delivery week after week. The only thing that went smooth was your taking our money & charging the insurance company $3k more than what the tub cost. Again, we have a brand new tub that cost more than sticker price, that was late on delivery, & now doesn’t hold water, with it being our responsibility to pay to have you guys fix it - now that’s some great customer service - NOT!
Amanda is the best. She informed me of their products w/out being pushy salesperson. It was a wonderful experience to shop here. She let me take my time to figure out what I wanted to do. She was understanding & patient w/ all my calls & questions. I bought the Retreat MS model. The installing team - Leo, George, & Winston - were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional & cleaned up everything when they were done. It was a great experience for buying a major purchase. I highly recommend this business for anyone wanting a hot tub.
This place is phenomenal! Every team member is courteous, friendly, and they aim to make the customer happy! My experience has been wonderful. I am a first time hot tub owner and they were very happy to help in any way. And believe me, I had lots of questions to which they answered! I will tell everyone interested in a hot tub to go see the selection at Recreation Warehouse! They won’t disappoint. I LOVE my HOTTUB! Thank you Recreation Warehouse!
