Products are good. Highly recommend purchasing online because the staff believes their job in life is to let the world know how angry they are. It’s pretty bad when other customers stop you in the parking lot and apologize for the employees behavior. Not my first time dealing with an employee at this location where rudeness is the norm. Makes me wonder if Leslie’s is a horrible company and the employees emulate the employer.
I own several swimming pools in town.Leslie's has been my guide in learning the pool business. The ladies there are very knowledgeable. The manager is very understanding miss nubia the other employee has consistently helped me with every question I have ever had. Prices can be a little pricey but they are quality products. They treat me my wife and my dogs like family we really appreciate their awesome help.
I just got a new pool and I went in awhile and i can honestly say the 2 lovely ladies that work there were super friendly. I had walked in with no idea what I was asking about with zero confidence and having a pool for the 1st time ..I walked out of that store with a peace of mind. I had a million questions and both ladies were really patient with me. I've never been so happy from walking out of a store..Thank you Amanda and Yajaira! I will definitely be back for my future pool needs.
The store has everything you need to take care of your pool. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They even provided me with a product catalog to take home and read information on the pool paint. Products and equipment sold by Leslie's is a little more expensive than your big chain home centers, however, Leslie's will have what you need from a vendor who specializes in pool maintenance.
Lots of items to choose from, cleaning supplies, toys for the pool, etc. The only reason I give it a 3 start is because everything is double the price compare to other pool stores. Staff has been helpful everytime.
