The email report along with picture after each service gives me and my tenant the peace of mind. They walked me through what services they provide, walked me through my pool motor, filters and app that controls everything. When does PoolStar pause pool service?

PoolStar does not service pools during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, the last week of January or one other week in late February; customers are informed ahead of time.

How often is PoolStar's filter tank cleaning billed?

It is billed twice a year, in March and September, with as many cleanings as needed during each six-month period.

Is an acid wash suitable for every pool?

PoolStar cautions that acid washing may not suit some thin plaster with holes. The process removes a plaster layer and can prematurely age it.
