I first met Brandon when I hired him to do a pool inspection for a home I bought in Oxford. He not only provided a complete report, but also took time to show me how the controls worked and what I needed to do to maintain the salt levels. He is patient, knowledgeable and seems to be the kind of person who really likes to help.In the rush to handle the move, I didn't pay attention to the cold weather's effect on the pool. I knew that it was a good idea to winterize, but thought that the expected weather would not make it necessary. In the past month, the temps for a couple of nights dropped into the mid-20's, and the pool came through just fine. I thought the pool would be okay with normal attention.Then we got word about a major storm coming our way with lows expected in the mid teens lasting for several days. I realized that I'd blown it, and called Brandon to see if he could do a last-minute winterizing. I frankly thought it was too late, and that he must have lots of requests from his longstanding customers, but somehow he made time for me to come out the next day - in the rain - and winterized my pool. His quick response probably saved me from a wrecked pool.Of course, he may not always be available for such quick service, but the fact he made a special effort for someone who isn't even a regular customer made a deep impression.

The people at perfect pool have always gone above and beyond in thier service. The office has clear and descriptive communication in letting us know what was done and what is needing to be done. We would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family. Mitchell is great at calling or text which ever works best to keep us up to date on items needing to be resolved or chemicals they have added. Very thoughtful especially if you have your kids or fur baby's. We couldn't be happier with thier service.
These guys did a great job for us. We had a liner replaced. Our pool is amazing again. The guys were super respectful of our property and very courteous. They coordinated with Davis Water Service (also a great company) and we had our pool filled and ready to go in two days (1st day was prep, 2nd day was install). We highly recommend A Perfect Pool Company.
