We had an excellent experience with our pool installation from start to finish with American Lifestyle Pools. Alex and Josh were professional, hands-on, and in constant communication before, during, and even after the project was completed. Our dig started on August 7th, and we had full water by September 4th. An impressive timeline but what truly sets them apart is that the customer service didn’t end there. Anytime we’ve had a question (even something like preparing for an upcoming ice storm), we can text them and they’re quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They handled everything seamlessly, including HOA coordination, submitting the pool and yard design, county permits, and inspections, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Another thing we really appreciated was the transparency in pricing. There were no hidden fees. The initial quote included a full breakdown and represented the highest amount we would pay. Because underground conditions can’t always be predicted, they include a set “just in case” allowance, and if it isn’t needed, it’s removed from the final cost. The entire process felt organized, transparent, and stress-free. This won’t be our last pool, and when the time comes, we won’t use anyone else. Highly recommend Alex and Josh to anyone considering a pool.
