I recently had my pool liner replaced, and from the initial contact through the final installation, the entire team was courteous, professional, and attentive.l asked several questions throughout the process, and the sales team was extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, patient. The entire project followed the steps and timeline outlined during the initial review, and now my pool looks beautiful again-just in time for the July 4th holiday.I highly recommend Lazy Day Pool and Spa!

Update--10 months after our liner was installed, there is black mold around the entire pool between the liner and the foam walls that Lazy Day installed. The mold is everywhere where there is foam behind the liner.Chris at Lazy Day suggested the possibility that "a mold spore" got between the foam and the liner, but this is far beyond a little bit, or even a lot, of mold. The growth is clearly coming from the foam that they suggested we have them install (at an additional price from what they originally quoted), and it's severe.Chris did say that they could send a crew out to "see what they could do" with "no guarantees" for an additional $2000. The soonest they could get a crew out is in 5 weeks.He said that they are "not responsible or accountable" for the mold, even though the issue had not existed for the previous 11+ years that we owned the pool. It is clearly related to the liner replacement and foam installation.Our pool is now unusable because we used Lazy Day to replace the liner and we agreed to their suggestion to install the foam.Based on their response to the issue that they caused, we do not recommend this company and suggest that anyone looking for a reputable pool liner company look elsewhere. This company will not back up their work, they'll ruin your pool and claim it's not their fault and will not take responsibility.The pictures are#1) before they installed the liner#2) the brand new liner during the installation#3, #4, #5, #6) are pictures of the way the liner is today. The black line is not a shadow but the mold that is visible through the liner.
Chris did a great job in coordinating my liner replacement, from initial measuring to final touches, he and his brother Mike were available to make sure it went smoothly.The entire process went exactly as explained. On the actual install day, the team of three showed up on time and got right to work. They were courteous and professional and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work.I’d recommend Lazy Day Pool & Spa for your pool needs.
