Tiffany Schrader on Hall's Pool & Spa

Our hot tub had water dripping from one of the pipes underneath. Hall's came out recommended I try fix a leak because the insultation that was sprayed on the pipe makes the repair more difficult. I tried fix a leak but it didn't work. I called Hall's and scheduled for them to come fix it. No one showed up for the scheduled repair. I called Hall's and they found out the technician didn't come because he remembers our hot tub from before, and needed the estimate person to put together the estimate for us. It took 13 days and 10 phone calls for them to tell me that they can't get the parts for my Emerald hot tub as Emerald is no longer in buisness. I had another company come out and do a great job repairing at the first visit. I wish I would have called them first and saved myself the $160 I paid to Hall's for them to tell me they can't fix it.

Marjorie Bradley on Hall's Pool & Spa

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is so appalling that it’s mind boggling how they are still in business. I started service with this company on June 4th and my first service was on the 8th for a pool cleaning and Spa repair estimate for a leak. When I spoke to them on the 4th- Jay stated to me that someone would be contacting me after they looked at the spa to update me on what they found and cost to fix the spa.

On the 10th they sent me photos of the Spa after they looked at it, with absolutely NO explanation of what any of the photos were depicting- NONE. At the same time they also sent me an invoice for $165 - mind you NO work was done. This was just for them to open the spa and look at it. After I paid the invoice- THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP of what they found, what was needed to fix it, or even a cost estimate to fix it. NOTHING. Totally GHOSTED.

Then on the 16th, their tech shows up and rings my bell to inform me that he could not service my pool because he was having a medical emergency and that someone would be coming to take his place while he goes to the hospital but he would wait for them to arrive before leaving. I was confused since my services were scheduled for every other Fridays. Nonetheless I told him ok, but if he could ring my bell again when his replacement shows up so I could speak with them about the Spa. He stated he would ring the bell when his replacement got there. I waited for one hour and finally decided to look outside to see if he was still in his truck waiting for his replacement to arrive. This is when I realized that he had left and there was no replacement. So I called the office to ask what was going on, why they came on a Tuesday vice friday, where was the replacement for the tech that left and what was the status of the spa repair. Durng that entire conversation Jay stated that he didnt know that their tech went to the hospital, that no one showed up to replace him, that he had been on a mental break the week prior, and that the owner Caleb was responsible for updating me and obviously dropped the ball and that he should have followed up with me. He also stated that he would sort it all out, speak with the tech who came to look at my spa for the leak and speak with the owner to get me a quote so they could fix the spa. In addition, stated that he would send another person to service the pool that same afternoon. When the tech showed up I asked him if he knew any update on the spa repair. He told me that he did not, but would call Jay and ask. He called the office and ask Jay if there were any update on the spa repair. He had Jay on speaker and I was standing right next to him. Jay stated that he did speak with Caleb, and also spoke with the tech who came to look at the spa and that he had sent me a quote for the repair cost and that if I approved the cost estimate right away, they could have the repair scheduled for that Friday the 19th of June. I asked specifically if they were open and working on the 19th since it was a FEDERAL HOLIDAY. Jay stated to me that if I approved the repair estimate that day that YES, they come out on the 19th to repair the Spa. So the tech hung up the phone, I checked my phone for the email and approved the estimate. When Friday the 19th came I waited. NO ONE showed up. NO ONE called, NO EMAIL. NO TEXT. On 22nd I called the office to see what happened. First Jay tried to pretend like he didnt know who I was, then when that didn’t work he proceeded to try and gaslight me about what he said. Then when that didn’t work he tried to blame it all on the owner Caleb. Proceeded to badmouth him and stated that it was on Caleb to follow up with parts order and to inform HIM if it could have been fixed on that date.

My advice to anyone considering doing business with this company is to READ THE LOWEST REVIEWS FIRST and what you will find is that this is a CONSISTENT AND ONGOING ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY. They LIE, then when you confront them about it, they try to gaslight you. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

Heidi Cozart on Hall's Pool & Spa

I upgraded to weekly hot tub service specifically to avoid ongoing maintenance issues, but unfortunately continued returning to a spa that was visibly dirty, chemically out of balance, and poorly maintained immediately following service visits.

Most recently, I returned shortly after a scheduled cleaning — with no guest usage in between — to find scum buildup, low water level, dirty filters, depleted Frog cartridges, and water chemistry significantly out of range. I ultimately had to clean and rebalance the tub myself.

I also raised concerns regarding what appears to be premature chemical-related damage to multiple newer components, including the underside of the cover, headrests, Frog cartridge lid, and filter knob.

I documented these concerns with photos and service records and attempted to address them professionally. Rather than addressing the damage concerns directly, the company chose to discontinue service.

Unfortunately, this was not the level of professional maintenance or accountability I expected from a paid weekly spa service provider.
Photos show were taken on a Friday after a Tuesday weekly service s and no usage in between. The hot tub cover was replaced 6 months again. It already shows damage from excessive use of chemicals.

I can’t even explain how grateful I am for Kaleb at Hall’s Pool. After another company took our money and left everything unfinished, it was honestly overwhelming. Kaleb stepped in when we really needed someone we could trust. He worked so hard, stayed honest through the whole process, and helped us make sense of a situation that felt like a mess.

You can tell he truly cares, not just about the work, but about people. That meant everything to us. I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, truly.

We had our pool cover replaced and also had Halls Pool and Spa close our pool for the season — they did an amazing job! The team was fast, professional, and made sure everything was spotless before they left. The new cover looks perfect, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them!
