Cracks in concrete around pool that they say is normal. I contacted NICK and he never showed to inspect cracks around the pool deck just looked at pictures I sent him . Did a poor job of finishing under pool liner bottom where you can feel rough spots and sharp point that sticks up about 1/4 inch . They were more concern on how fast they could complete job that doing a good job . The north west corner of pool is higher than the rest where you can see how I level the water line is. Can’t believe they did not level the walls when installing the pool kit! During the build of and after finish the main owner of company never checked on the construction . We also found pieces of concrete in pool return lines and the skimmers. The line for the sump came off twice at the rubber hose which I then repaired by correctly tightening the screw clamp with proper amount of torque which it hasn’t come apart again. Pool liner has already started to fade too.

Nick & team came in a saved me from a failed contractor that got in over his head on our job - he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this team!

Outstanding result! We had a challenging uneven yard with utility line we had to work around. What seemed like very limited space turned into a sports pool, larger than we could believe pool deck and fire pit. Owners Nick and Lynette understood what we were hoping for and figured out how to make it happen. Crew was impressive and available. Brian and Cameron did beautiful job on the pool. Magic Mike was lead on firepit and made sure it was comfortable. Jeff took extra effort to make retaining wall extra special. Professional, skilled, polite, helpful. Total transformation we will enjoy year round. Highly recommend

We hired BlueStone pools to build us a sport pool. But not just any pool. Bluestone designed us a pool with a long infinity edge and two large fire bowl columns. They were great to work with. They made the entire process very easy. The entire team was very professional. They guided us through the process of getting the best pool controls and automatic chemical system so I can control the entire pool by my phone. We will be using BlueStone for our next pool!

I am truly grateful to have this pool! Here is my honest review: Brian came out and measured our yard and gave us honest thoughts on which size to get. We chose the extra cost of the salt pool, chose the lights and paid extra for additional concrete slab. Deposit was put down and we signed the contract in June 2020. They are super busy but received a call in the winter 2020 they were breaking ground. Be prepared for a lot of dirt and your yard to be bulldozed over. Its just part of the excavation. Brian and his team are awesome. They know their stuff. Use the suggested electrician and landscape guys. Both are reasonable in price and know what they are doing. Once excavation was over, plumbing and wall was put in, concrete poured and finally liner and pool school. You are responsible for reseeding your lawn but they did clean it up a bit to get it level. All in all I am happy and glad with the experience ??
