We purchased a hot tub. Icon pools delivered on everything that they promised to do, in the time frame that was promised. Jayce was super nice, very knowledgable,and definately made us feel comfortable.He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant, throughout the whole process. Good product, Good people, would highly recommend.

I came in needing help with my pool due to a chlorine/chemical imbalance and honestly had no idea what I was looking for. The store manager Conner, was incredibly helpful, great communication, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He got me exactly what I needed and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend Icon Pools!

I had an AMAZING experience with ICON Pools from start to finish. While working with their design team, they explained everything in depth. I am a "visual" person, and they came out to the house and walked through the design while I looked at the computer print out.
The construction crew was SO respectful of the property and my animals. They were here every day as scheduled. No "no shows" or showing up whenever they wanted. They worked hard, and explained to me what they were doing.
The service crew that did our closing and opening were great. They offered a multitude of service plans to choose from. I really like not having to worry about my chemical levels or whether it will be clean when friends come over to hang out.

I loved doing business with a locally owned small business. Casey and Kelly really care about their customers. They make you feel more like friends. Doing business with someone who puts their customer ABOVE making a sale is hard to find. Whether you are looking for a pool, hot tub, or pool chemicals and supplies, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Bought a Dolphin pool robot from this store and it never worked correctly from day one. I brought it back multiple times, and every single time I was told it had been “fixed.” Then I’d get home, put it in the pool, and it still didn’t work. Same issue over and over.

What made the experience even worse was how dismissive the employees were, especially Conor. Instead of actually making the situation right, I constantly felt like I was being gaslit into believing the problem was somehow normal or already resolved, despite the unit clearly not functioning.

After spending this much money on a supposedly premium product, the complete lack of accountability and customer service was unbelievable. No replacement, no refund, no real effort to solve the issue. Just repeated assurances that it was “fixed” when it obviously wasn’t.

Would absolutely not recommend buying a pool robot, or anything expensive, from this place.
