I am glad that I chose to go with this company. Great to work with! They were able to get my liner replaced quicker than the several other companies I reached out to. They did a great job measuring so installing went super smooth. Their communication and followthrough was great. Once all the water got back in, they came back out a couple times. Once to make sure everything was looking snug. Another time to secure a corner that had come off the track and address a light plate. I have a beast of a pool so it was not an easy job!
Shortly after moving into our home, we kept seeing the water line move down and down each day and determined there must be a leak somewhere in the pool. What a great spot to be in for first time pool owners! After several phone calls, inspections and fee quotes from multiple parties, we decided to move forward with Leaks & Liners. We based our decision off of the knowledge they gave us and a realistic fee quote on what it would take to do the work that was needed. We couldn't have been happier with our decision.Tyler and Garrett helped us navigate the joys of pool ownership through the installation of pool Crete and a new liner. These gentlemen are definitely knowledgeable and only deal with the highest quality products. Tyler sent lots of options for what could look great in our space, and we ultimately settled on a lagoon type vibe. It is absolutely gorgeous!So with a new liner and pool Crete, we are completely set for the next 10 years, right? As a pool owner, I am sure you are laughing about that question. About a year later, we saw the water line move down again, only this time a bit slower. I mean come on? Garrett came right out and determined there was a leak in the skimmer this time. He repaired it in a very timely manner, and our water levels are now holding great.It’s been a very long process to get to the finish line yet worth it to see how beautiful the pool has turned out. Our experience with Tyler at Leaks and Liners was phenomenal! His communication and customer service is unmatched. He kept us up to date along the way, made sure to walk us through the entire process, and delivered on his promises! He and his team even worked an entire day in the rain to make sure we were up and going by the weekend.Our pool was in very poor shape due to the original builder who cut a lot of corners, but Leaks and Liners took care of us and made sure everything is installed correctly. We are more than happy with the professionalism and quality work they provided and love our beautiful new pool liner!!
I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and end result from Leaks and Liners! We called many places for quotes on a new liner and as soon as I met Tyler, I knew he was genuine and honest. He was patient with me and understood my anxiousness to get the new liner in as quickly as possible as summer was slipping away, and he worked as quickly as he could to make that happen - I can say he over delivered! Not to mention the liner we chose is absolutely beautiful and he helped make that happen! Top notch business owner/team and exceptional work! Sad to cover the pool for the winter but already excited for next year!
Well what can we say, it was a seamless process with Tyler. He was super honest, he came right out even when I called him on a Saturday to come look at the leaks. He explained everything about having leaks and what he could do and then he also offered us information on putting in a new liner. We went to website and looked at all the liners and then reached back out to Tyler with a ton of questions and of course he was very knowledgeable and explained it all to us. Order our liner and then within 4 weeks came and put it in. Tyler and his crew was awesome, fast. professional, and what you always want knowledgeable and friendly.
