We have worked with Rob and BDL on 2 separate builds and pools now and have been so happy with the level of service and professionalism. Anytime we have questions or concerns Rob is onsite immediately taking care of anything that needs to be dealt with. They work hard to get the project done according to schedule and have always worked well with our contractors and landscapers. Rob is hands down the best of the best!!
Robbie and BDL put our pool in 5 years ago. It has been amazing. 5 years in, and we have not had any problems with the pool and equipment. The plaster, tile, and equipment have all been flawless - could not have performed better.The winters in northern Utah are harsh and one should expect touchups to be required to anything that is above ground - like the slide we had built. Some of the paint treatment that makes the slide slipper chipped off during one winter from freezing, but a simple text to BDL and they were out and retreated it quickly. Great service.Here is an example of the kind of service we have received from Robbie. The first winter after the pool was installed we noticed that the heater was not working. Everything looked right with the equipment, but the heater was not working. I texted Robbie and he said “I’ll be right over - it is going to get very cold.” I kept troubleshooting and realized that when the Christmas lights were being put on the house the lever on the gas meter that controls the gas flow to the pool equipment had been turned off. I texted Robbie that I had found the issue, and he still drove over to make sure all was well.The pool is a place our family loves and is the centerpiece of our backyard.
Loved working with BDL. Brad, Robbie and the rest of the team were professional, creative, committed and responsive throughout the process from design to build. When challenges arose they communicated clearly and offered options for how we could address in a timely manner. They were cost conscious and Robbie in particular was available for quick consults and brainstorming sessions as we evaluated options. I would highly recommend BDL and have been extremely pleased with the quality and durability of their work. Would definitely collaborate with them again. 5 stars
BDL built our pool and our water feature and we had nothing but a great experience with them. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were quick to address them and were always super responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. I come from a family who builds pools in St. George and I was very particular about who we selected and they were great from start to finish.
BDL constructed our pool in Highland with expertise and professionalism. We have built several pools, and BDL has done the best job on the mechanical side include an 8’ waterfall and faux rock structure and 3 sheer descents waterfalls. No issues with the mechanical side, the pebble finish, or working with BDL. The tile guy was not so great, but I have heard his is replaced with a better team. They are coming back soon to fix the tile where they have come off. They stand behind their work.
