We purchased our hot tub last summer from Devin and have been very pleased with the tub and the service from LA Spas. Right from our first visit to the showroom to the purchase, delivery and set up of the tub all of our questions and concerns were answered professionally and there was never any type of pressure to proceed with the purchase. Great place and people to do business with.
Superb Customer Service , Great Quality , and Good Selection !Got our first hot tub here 6 years ago and have dealt with them every few months getting supplies etc ever since. The team has a small town feel as in always a genuine smile , make you feel like family and ever willing to help in any way they can ! Knowledgeable staff and all the supplies you need at more than fair prices.They’re definitely one of my favourite places and if you’re looking for a new hot tub ( love my salt water one ! ) supplies or just knowledgable advice or a friendly smile I’d definitely give these guys a call or stop on in !

They really should have 10 stars. Devon and the team looked after me and my interests first and foremost. Even before the potential sale. When I did purchase, delivery answer set up were detailed and perfect with no questions left unanswered. There was zero pressure to make a decision or up saling. Just the perfect tub for all the right reasons.I would recommend them 1000%. Putting people first is paramount and they do it in spades.Devon and his team are like family now.
