Justin was our salesman and he was wonderful to deal with. Very patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and so helpful from choosing, to buying, to getting an electrician, and delivery and setup. The delivery team was great, the Service team already came out because it was heating as fast. Upon inspection, he found a loose connection and fixed the issue. 10/10 for everything from sales to service. Have a customer for life, already looking forward to possible pools next year. I don’t leave reviews as I feel most people don’t care of ones person’s experience.But after purchasing a A-8 Bullfrog hot tub. Once set up we realized it was leaking. Customer support tells us to keep on using it and someone would come look at it. Weeks later a tech comes and tells us that it cannot be fixed that a new one would be sent. He tells us to keep using it I explain that it’s now worse and leaking at least a foot every three days. He says it’s fine to use. I tell him it’s taking all the chemicals to keep water balanced would they send more chemicals with new one . He says yes .As if I thought there would have not I would have unplugged the junk and left it sitting until they came to get it which was almost a month later. The new one came with nothing but a little start up pack and minerals. No chemicals. I called and they tell me all that comes with it was what I got . That the other chemicals is for a new hot tub. Lady was rather rude she didn’t care that all the chemicals washed out the bottom of it . She said if I felt wronged I could drive to their store and get the chemicals. I am not worried about the chemicals I was more at issue with them correcting a problem they sold us which was junk and leaving it as it was our problem. That’s not a professional business. They was the nicest people you ever met when taking the check but after that you can forget anything else. My hope is if you do buy from them better inspect and hope they sell and install a good machine.
I went into Aurora Pools & Spas expecting to get the cheesy "buy now or else" used car salesman treatment.That didn't happen.Our salesperson took the time to explain everything about hot tubs and showed us many different models. We ultimately purchased a Bullfrog brand.The delivery team was great too. They arrived when scheduled and walked us through the set up process and answered all our questions.Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Great job Aurora.Since this initial review, they've been fantastic with support. Zero complaints and nothing but praise.
I bought a 24 ft Conquest pool and installed it myself. I followed the directions and read alot of info from the internet. Aurora pools and spas is a great place, the salesman was nice, polite and answered all my questions. They helped load up my trailer as well. I live about 1.5 hours away and they had the best deal around the region. I'm happy with my pool although the liner install was missing instructions and the sand filter was quite a pain to lock together. Have a professional do your job, it is definitely alot of prep work and patience. Thanks Aurora Pools, I had a great experience.
