Hired Suntime Pools for hot tub maintenance. Each visit they spend less than 5 minutes at our property. They don’t check the chemicals, just throw some in and leave. Check out the pictures of how our hot tub looks trusting them to maintain it. Hot tub is dirty, water is cloudy, and the water level is low. Please don’t give this company your business. They clearly are not going to provide the services paid for.
2 years ago I went to replace my Latham pool cover that my husband originally installed and was great for 10 years. Lantham would not sell me another but said I must use this Suntime pool that’s 1 1/2 hours from me. So I did, they installed a standard cover that was to wide for my pool and said that we had it on wrong and now I have complained for 2 years on its operation. The cover keeps popping out of the rail due to too much material. I ask them why the wheels would not touch on one side and they said that their not even needed. Do not have them install your pool cover I am so sad. This was a big deal to me. Suntime responded to me saying to let my husband fix it that they don’t come to the hills anymore. My cover is tearing where it is folded so much
Bert is hands down one of the most genuine and helpful men I have met in business. My family has used his business for years and in fact, drive almost an hour just to work with him (we have other businesses closer) because we trust him that much. He has gone out of his way to make sure we have exactly what we need and clear directions when we get it. I highly recommend Suntime!
They are okay. Very expensive, hours not right. What about Sundays? Evenings in summer? Watch how much they recommend. They do give you print out of water testing, nice. Nice people, but they got get their priced in line. They will carry supplies to your vehicle, nice.
