Isaiah was very knowledgeable and got our new pump installed quickly. He’s always done a great job at our hotel and even explained to me how to make repairs and maintain my pool and spa.
Overall poor experience. Not professional and consistently lacking in communication. Made multiple calls as they kept charging me for chemicals every visit, even though the products were easily accessible and clearly noted by SwimPro and noted at my home for the technician to use. They never took the chemicals off my bill and continued to charge me every visit. On my last visit, the technician used the most basic test kit and only checked for chlorine and pH. Part of the service was that they would brush the pool and they never did outside of the initial visit. They spent no more than five minutes at any individual service call. They had staffing issues the entire time and missed the Memorial Day visit and were consistently delayed from their Wednesday service day. Definite, overpromise and under deliver. The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice enough, but you would think after 2 to 3 consistent issues they would escalate it and you might get a call from a manager.
I would give 10 stars for Kevin at Swim Pro he has been amazing and helped me every-time I have reached out (which has been alot).. I can't thank you enough for helping me get my pool up and going! Highly Recommend this company!
Kevin was really great to work with in regards to my pool opening! He was always there to help very knowledgeable and a CAN DO ATTITUDE! Some minor issues at startup and this was his first year working on my pool so getting to know stuff takes a bit, but he had the answers and fixes. Elijah also very helpful correcting a leaking salt generator connection. Tried to fix it one evening but needed to replace pvc connection said he would be back first thing and they were!! Very responsive good communication with both Kevin and Elijah I am sure Swim Pro is in good hands with them as their main techs!!
Isaiah and Chris were phenomenal! Extremely professional, kind, polite and helpful. Opened and cleaned our pool yesterday and answered many questions for me. We have used Swim Pro’s services for several years now, and they always do an exceptional job. Highly recommend this business. Hope to take advantage of some redesign work in the future.
