Not only are they prompt in getting back but they go above and beyond in the information that they give. Love our Jacuzzi Hot Tub that we purchased in December 2024. The Infrared and Hydro-massage therapy features are awesome!! The installation went smoothly. My family and I were in the market for a hot tub and after visiting a bunch of locations and stores for various brands we finally chose Bonsall Pool & Spa. We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a Hot Spring Pulse! Matt (our Sales Professional) was absolutely awesome! He had answers for all of our questions and navigated us through the buying process quickly and easily. He has followed up multiple times post purchase to ensure we were enjoying the hot tub and if there was anything else he could help with. I can't recommend him and the staff enough. Additionally Chris was a fantastic installer and was able to get everything configured and setup in a timely manner when the hot tub was delivered!
