Poolside Solutions staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They are easy to reach and schedule an appointment with and they arrived at our house on time the day of the appointment. Other companies I’ve worked with require making several appointments before they actually get to our house. They stopped by the following two days after our first appointment to check the pool themselves to make sure everything was good. Now they check on the water quality via text and also answer all my questions I text them about chemicals. Plus, I really enjoy working with them!!! Highly recommend Poolside Solutions!!!!!!
John recently removed my old pump for my in-ground pool & installed a new one that is programmable & variable speed. I am extremely impressed with this new pump and should’ve replaced my single speed pump years ago. John’s workmanship is excellent and he is very knowledgeable about pool equipment. He had the pump installed quicker than I anticipated (during a rainstorm) with ZERO leaks. He was involved with my extensive pool renovation 15yrs ago and has been able to answer any questions from me and offers viable suggestions & solutions. I can't say enough good things about this company. When our pool liner needed repair, several other pool companies told us it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell us a completely new liner. This team came out the very same day, assessed the issue, and successfully repaired the liner, saving us a significant amount of money.A few weeks later, we had them back to change the sand in our filter and address a pipe issue that had been caused by another pool company. Once again, they were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to solve the problem correctly.It's refreshing to find a company that focuses on fixing problems rather than pushing unnecessary replacements. Their responsiveness, honesty, and expertise have earned our trust, and we will definitely use them for all of our future pool needs. Highly recommend!
