Every time I stop in, he remembers my name, takes the time to review my water test results, and gives thoughtful recommendations instead of just trying to sell products. As first-time pool owners, we were completely overwhelmed when we bought a house with an above-ground pool and had no idea where to start. Every time we've visited the store, Emma has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining exactly what we need to do to keep our pool running properly.Emma has taken the time to walk us through each step, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understand the process before leaving. Regan and Landon have been equally helpful, assisting us with troubleshooting issues, finding replacement parts, and even helping repair pieces when needed.What has impressed us most is that they never make us feel like we're asking too many questions.
