Diamond Pools constructed a pool and a hot tub at my home. Both had issues from the beginning. On the pool Mr. Matheny blamed the contractor building installing the coping; maybe he was right, I dont know. After a couple of years of leaks, he came back to repair (at my cost). The repair seemed to work for a year and then some tiles began coming off. When I contacted Mr. Matheny three times, he didnt have the courtesy to even reply.On the hot tub, there was no other contractor and it leaked from the beginning. Diamond came out several times and worked on finding and fixing the leaks. I spent many thousands of dollars for their services. The leak was never fixed, Again I reached out and he stopped returning my calls and messages.Basically both times there was work done and paid for that wasn't effective. Once outside of warranty, they didnt want to hassle with me i can only surmise. At least they should have the courtesy to reply. I guess he just didnt want to deal with the situation.In reading some of the other complaints, it would appear there is a tendency to blame the owners or others, as opposed to stepping up and taking responsibility.
Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable staff and team! They did a great job opening my pool after it had been down 2 years. The pool cleaning and the sincerity and pleasant staff are great to work with both on the service side, and the pool maintenance staff. Look no further for great pool service! A+ A+ A+!
After reaching out to several pool companies, we chose Diamond Pools to install our in-ground Hot Tub/Tanning Deck, and we couldn't be happier with our choice and the results. They were able to take our sketch and turn it into a beautiful design. After signing the contract, work began immediately. Throughout the entire construction process, they were diligent in moving the project along and were great in giving us status updates. If/when we had questions, the responses were always almost immediate and to our great satisfaction. Absolutely a 5-star experience.
I always appreciate reading reviews from clients that have recently had a project completed, but I also like to see reviews after a few years. We are coming up on our three-year anniversary of Diamond Pools completing our pool and decking.Not only were we extremely happy with our experience in 2021 from start to finish of the build, but most importantly, the attention and service we have received since.With any new build, things come up unexpectedly that either need attention, repair or replacement. We have always received prompt service (yes, even an hour away in Hot Springs) and professional care from all teams at Diamond Pools; however, I would like to specifically mention Jimmy Long, the construction manager, as I have worked with him several times over the years. His attention to detail, level of professionalism and kindness from day 1 has not gone unnoticed and is very appreciated.I have recommended Diamond pools to anyone who asks and highly recommend them to you as well!
